Erdeu ("we", "us", or "our") operates a mobile application that provides fast, multilingual guidance for education, work, or relocation abroad — all in one app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our application. By using our app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect the following information: your first name, last name, and email address. Account registration is done via email.
You may optionally provide additional information such as: avatar or profile photo, country and city of residence, education status, professional information, workplace, a brief summary about yourself, and hobbies. This information is entirely voluntary and can be edited or removed at any time.
Users may optionally upload an avatar or profile photo. No other documents or file uploads are permitted in the app.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers such as the Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, please refer to Google's privacy policy.
We do not collect: location data, crash reports or performance data, analytics data, or access to your camera, microphone, or photo gallery.
We use the data we collect for the following purposes: to create and manage your account, to personalize your app experience, to display advertisements via AdMob, to process in-app purchases through Apple App Store (IAP) and Google Play Store (IAP), and to communicate with you regarding your account or app updates.

Our backend infrastructure runs on Supabase, which is self-hosted on our own servers located in Turkey. No data is shared with external Supabase cloud services.
All user data is stored exclusively on our own servers located in Turkey. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request account deletion at any time by visiting:

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.
Our app offers subscriptions and/or one-time purchases through Apple App Store (IAP) and Google Play Store (IAP). Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple and Google. We do not collect or store any payment or credit card information.
